The rules for using the Pencyl website and registering interest in Season 1.

These terms cover access to this informational website and the submission of a Season 1 enquiry. They do not constitute a paid course agreement. The operator information remains subject to the pre-launch clarification above.
The interest form is for adults aged 18 or older, including parents, guardians, educators and adult students. Under-18 students should ask a parent or guardian to enquire for them. Provide accurate contact information and only information you are entitled to share. A typed name or drawn mark confirms the enquiry; it does not enrol a child or replace any parental verification required for future student services.
Season 1 is planned as an eight-month AI course with 2–3 classes per week. It will cover AI fundamentals, further developments and projects using multiple learning resources, with Penny support and weekly parent notifications plus monthly reports. The detailed timetable, delivery arrangements, eligibility and pricing will be published before enrolment.
India–Germany collaboration and leaderboard participation are selective opportunities for top students. Support for growing a business depends on outstanding project performance and further arrangements. Neither opportunity is guaranteed by joining the waitlist or course. No claim of guaranteed grades, employment, funding or revenue is made.
Submitting an enquiry is free of payment on this website and does not reserve a seat or create a purchase. The full eight-month course will cost under ₹5,000. The exact fee, cancellation rules and refund terms must be provided before payment. If material programme details change before enrolment, the updated information should be reviewed before deciding to join.
Do not submit unlawful, abusive or misleading content; impersonate others; send someone else’s sensitive information; introduce malicious code; attempt unauthorised access; or interfere with the website. Do not use automated submissions to overwhelm the interest form. Access may be restricted where necessary to address misuse.
Penny is a planned programme tool, not a live service on this website. AI can produce incorrect answers or unsafe code. Students must review its outputs, protect private information and comply with their school’s assessment rules. Using an AI-generated answer does not remove responsibility for understanding and checking the work. Additional tool-specific terms and privacy information will be provided before access.
Do not copy or redistribute Pencyl branding, original website materials or third-party materials in ways that infringe their owners’ rights. You may use this website for personal information and share links to it. Submitting an enquiry does not transfer ownership of your ideas or student projects to Pencyl. Any project-sharing, publication, licensing, team ownership or business arrangement will need to be made explicit in the relevant programme or project agreement.
The website may change or be temporarily unavailable. External services and learning resources may have their own terms. No statement here guarantees uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of third-party information. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections.
